I’ve always been ambitious and driven, but mostly as an individual contributor or project manager - not directly as a people leader. When I met Peep, I was faced with a question: what does leadership truly mean to me? Should I continue down that path, or focus on becoming a top-level expert in my field instead? I also lacked confidence; my sentences often began with “maybe” or “I wonder if…”.
Peep helped me find balance - confidence without arrogance, and humility without insecurity. I learned that admitting your mistakes openly is a sign of courage, that leadership is less about what you say and more about how you make others feel, and that creating clarity is one of a leader’s greatest skills.
Those six months of coaching were truly transformative. Every session gave me practical insights and growing confidence - and others around me noticed the change too. Since then, I’ve stepped into more visible leadership roles, including taking on the management of one of the company’s largest and most influential programs. I’m convinced that Peep’s coaching played a crucial role in that growth.
