An experienced leader can be considered someone who has survived at least two crises in life. Most of us have forgotten the financial crisis, but we are still seeking a way out of the health crisis. The best - and probably the toughest - lesson for all of us is probably hard to imagine and once again it came from where we least expected it. Just as brave generals actively prepare for the previous war, the enemy sneaks up on us from where we least expect it. If we were to look for something good here, the common enemy is the best unifier, and in crisis, the leaders who do not lose their heads and are able to remain rational emerge. With limited possibilities, one must be resourceful and have friends, because everyone understands that it is not possible to achieve good results alone and separately.
