In order to understand others and the surrounding environment, one should first understand oneself. Who am I, what am I created for, what do I really want? It seems logical, but do we actually engage with this question in substance? I recommend taking time to contemplate these questions. Based on my own experience, the experience of many fellow travelers, and also clients during coaching, we tend to deal with understanding ourselves rather late than early. I dare to think that self-discovery breaks off for many at the point of going to school and only resumes upon retirement or in a serious crisis. This means that a large part of our lives we navigate on autopilot or guided by others.
